What’s New

Version 3.6.3 · 2026-06-07

• Apple Watch Ultra Action Button support: Assign BeepWatch under Settings → Action Button → Workout to start, pause, and resume timers hands-free during workouts, refereeing, or any moment when tapping the screen isn't an option.

• Action Button now follows the timer on screen: If you open a timer on your watch but haven't started it yet, the Action Button starts that timer instead of always using your configured default.

• Reliable Action Button pause and resume: Starting, pausing, and resuming with the Action Button now works end-to-end — including the second press after a fresh start and pause/resume with the side button. If a start can't proceed, your watch tells you why instead of silently opening the app.

• Fixed background battery drain: Leaving a timer open without running it no longer keeps the app awake in the background. BeepWatch now only stays active while a timer is actually running.

About Interval Timer: BeepWatch

From the developer of Unit Converter: Mila's Tools (Apple Staff Pick, 4.8★ from 1,300+ reviews), Interval Timer: BeepWatch is a workout timer for HIIT, Tabata, boxing rounds, and custom circuits. Build multi-interval sessions with warm-up, rest, and round limits — then let audio beeps, visual cues, and haptics keep you on pace without staring at the clock.

Start fast or build your own

Pick from 15 ready-made presets — HIIT, Tabata, Boxing Rounds, Pomodoro Focus, Meditation, and more — or assemble a custom timer in under a minute. Add as many intervals as you need, each with its own duration, name, sound, and warning. Run a fixed number of rounds or loop indefinitely. Count up or count down with six display modes.

Alerts that cut through a noisy gym

  • Beeps, buzzes, clicks, gongs, whistles, and other interval sounds
  • Warning alerts before an interval ends
  • Screen flash on interval changes
  • Haptic feedback and independent volume for interval vs. control sounds
  • Background tick audio so you know the timer is still running
